Medical Disclaimer
iCare Health & Wellness is a medical concierge and consultation service, not a direct healthcare provider. All medical advice, diagnosis, and treatment are delivered by certified partner hospitals and licensed medical professionals.
User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate and complete information regarding their health and medical history.
- iCare is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by users.
- Users must use the platform only for lawful purposes and treat healthcare providers with respect.
- Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.
Information Collection & Use
We may collect:
- Personal details (name, phone number, email, photo).
- Health information (medical history, allergies, prescriptions, reports).
- Booking details (passport, insurance, travel plans, family member info).
- Technical data (IP address, device type, cookies, app activity).

- Provide healthcare services and consultations.

All trademarks, logos, and content on the platform are owned or licensed by iCare. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion or arbitration at the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI). If arbitration is not agreed upon, disputes will be settled at the South Jakarta District Court.
